A substantial double fronted Victorian house, with large garden, overlooking Brook Green in the affluent London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Extending to 3,650 sq ft, the house was in need of complete modernisation and offered the opportunity for further expansion, subject to the necessary planning consents. John Arkwright & Co were jointly instructed with Savills.

The sale price was £4,075,000, plus £500,000 for part of the garden. The sale also included an overage provision.
