Freehold mixed use scheme comprising 75,000 sq ft (6,967 sq m) of mixed commercial use accommodation with a hotel, pub/restaurant and retail shops. The hotel and pub/restaurant have been sold off on a long leasehold basis.

Following appointment as Law of Property Act Receiver the scheme was actively managed to obtain full occupation, with lettings agreed to Greggs, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, Planet Bounce and a nightclub operator. On obtaining full occupation the freehold investment interest was sold.

Bridgend, South Wales

Receivership

Appointed as Law of Property Act Receivers over a partly completed residential development of 34 two and three bedroom apartments.

The Receivers appointed contractors and oversaw the completion of the units. On completion agents were appointed and the units were sold on the open market.

Boars Hill, Oxford

Receivership

Appointed as Law of Property Act Receivers over two new build, contemporary, detached houses of approximately 9,100 sq ft and 5,750 sq ft, on the outskirts of Oxford.

The Receivers oversaw the completion of the properties and on completion appointed agents to sell the houses on the open market.

We have over 25 years of experience in the field of Law of Property Act Receivership. Two members of the team are RICS registered Fixed Charge Receivers and three members of the team are members of NARA (the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers).

We work closely with a number of Banks and lenders to provide advice and assistance in “recovery” situations. In our role as LPA Receivers we take control of the management of premises, where appropriate the completion of developments, mixed-use devising and executing disposal strategies to achieve maximum value.
