John Arkwright & Co are responsible for the day to day management of the estate overseeing the maintenance and services of the property and liaising with tenants. Additionally, John Arkwright & Co provide lease consultancy services and have undertaking lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals on the estate on behalf of the landlord.
