Freehold mixed use scheme comprising 75,000 sq ft (6,967 sq m) of mixed commercial use accommodation with a hotel, pub/restaurant and retail shops. The hotel and pub/restaurant have been sold off on a long leasehold basis.
Following appointment as Law of Property Act Receiver the scheme was actively managed to obtain full occupation, with lettings agreed to Greggs, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, Planet Bounce and a nightclub operator. On obtaining full occupation the freehold investment interest was sold.
