Having acquired the properties John Arkwright & Co manage this mixed-use portfolio of 20 properties, including retail, offices, industrial and residential premises, predominantly in the South-East of England.
John Arkwright & Co are responsible for rent collection, liaising with tenants, rent reviews, lease renewals and enhancing the value of the portfolio through active asset management.
